This policy explains what happens to the information you share with Force Construction when you contact us through force.com.pk, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp.
1. Who we are
Force Construction is an engineering and construction company in Lahore, Pakistan. We design, build, renovate and maintain residential and commercial properties. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Force Construction.

2. Information we collect
- From the contact form on this website - your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your location and your message. We also store the IP address and browser details of the submission with the enquiry itself, and hold a temporary list of IP addresses to limit repeated submissions. Entries on that list expire after a short while and are cleared away the next time the form is used.
- From an enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp — whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
- Later in the project — drawings, photographs or documents you send us so we can quote or carry out the work.
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, time of the request and the page opened, recorded by our web host for security and troubleshooting.
You do not need an account to use this website, and we do not collect card or payment details through it.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare advice, a quotation or a site visit.
- To open a pre-filled WhatsApp message when you tap a WhatsApp button. You review and send that message yourself; nothing is sent until you press send.
- To keep a copy of your enquiry in our website database, so we can still follow up if an email or message is missed.
- To notify our team by email that a new enquiry has arrived.
- To keep basic business records and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, we do not build advertising profiles from them, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tracker on it, and no cookie banner is needed because nothing non-essential is stored in your browser.
The only cookie used across this site is the sign-in session cookie for our admin area. It is set after a staff member logs in, is never set for visitors, and is removed when the browser session ends.
5. WhatsApp
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp in a new tab or app with a message you can edit before sending. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and processes your number and message under its own privacy policy. We receive what you send and nothing more.
6. Where the information is kept
Enquiry data is stored in this website's database on our hosting provider's servers. Access is limited to the people who run this website and to our staff working on your project. Our admin area sits behind a password-protected sign-in, and the whole site is served over HTTPS.
7. How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to handle your project, to answer any questions about it afterwards and to keep our business records - and no longer. Nothing is removed automatically, so if you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us (section 10) and we will remove it unless we have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
8. When we share it
We share your details only with: our hosting and email providers, so the website and our mail can run; the people working on your project, if you ask us to; and public authorities, when the law requires it. We never sell your information.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, a password-protected admin area and restricted access to the database. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, but we review our safeguards regularly.
10. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us at asif.ejaz@hotmail.com or use the contact form. We will reply within 30 days.
11. Children
Our services are aimed at adults arranging construction or design work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this page when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
